First Baptist Church makes its facilities available for use by outside groups.  Pricing is shown below, as is our facility use policy. To reserve a room or if you have questions, please contact the church office at 216-932-7480 or by email.

  • Maximum capacity:
    chairs only: 120 seats
    tables and chairs: 96 seats
  • If church sets up:
    $40 per hour (2 hour min.).
    $1 per chair, or
    $10 per table and 8 chairs
  • If you set up:
    $40 per hour (2 hour min.)
    no cost for chairs or tables
  • Wheaton Center
  • Maximum capacity:
    chairs only: 120 seats
    tables and chairs: 96 seats
  • If church sets up:
    $30 per hour (2 hour min.)
    $1 per chair for first 30 chairs; $1.50 past 30 chairs
    $10 per table and 8 chairs for first 4 tables
    $15 per table and 8
  • If you set up:
    $30 per hour (2 hour min.)
    no charge for first 30 chairs; $1.50 past 30 chairs
    no charge for first 4 tables
    $15 per table and 8 chairs past 4 tables

Additional Fees:

Saturday use after 6 pm (no event can go later than 10 pm): $35

Sound system or video system use (Spahr Center & Wheaton Center): $25
