Phillip Yancey's Prayer: Does It Make A Difference? with Rev. Martin Rolfs Massaglia

Each one of us needs to gorw closer in our walk with God as Christians and that communication begins with prayer. With work, families, and life in general, at times that seems to be an enormous undertaking. In this class you will work through the powerful book by author Phillip Yancey on prayer and learn tools and methods to enhance our time with God. This class meets in the Judson Room.

Letters Across the Divide led by Emma Melton

So often we have questions or comments about issues that we do not have a "safe place" to ask. Letters Across the Divide takes us on a journey between two friends from different ethnicities and allows us to share in their conversations.

This book explores race reconciliation and dialogue. This class meet in the Livingstone Room.

Spiritual Gifts Inventory led by Mari Schroeder Jenkings

Have you ever wondered what God intended for you in this world? With all the amazing opportunities for us to take part in, there is a reason we have certain abilities and gifts.

This course will walk you through the spiritual gifts, which ones we have and how God intends for us to use them. This class meets in the Morrison Room.

Small Group Experience (Hen House) with Lynne Liu and Roxanna Moore

We sit around, talk, laugh, and work on crafts. It is a chance to make some great friends.

Communal Prayer at 7:30 am
We invite you to participate in our Communal Prayer held Wednesday mornings at 7:30 a.m. This informal gathering provides a welcome respite from the stress of work, school or family tensions. Incorporating private reflection with group dynamics, we lift up our community and our nation in prayer.

Prayer requests are joyfully received throughout the week. Please click here to send us your prayer requests online.

In the quiet of Phillips Chapel we take your requests to God in prayer.
