We are partnering with the Cleveland Clinic to offer the Daniel Plan here at the church. In March 2017 we are looking for people that want to change their life. The Daniel Plan teaches a step-by-step approach and offers simple ways to incorporate healthy choices into your current lifestyle. Throughout the program you are encouraged to rely on God’s power, and the application of dependable biblical principles.

Exercise benefits your physical, emotional and mental health! Most of us know we need to get moving, but perhaps don’t know what to do, how to get started or how to stay motivated! The Daniel Plan provides this guidance, and encourages you to find creative ways to enjoy it!
