Larry Richards.  The total cost of $35 includes, the book, breakfast, lunch and unlimited spiritual growth!  Sign up now (and read in advance) by calling the church office at 216-932-7480, or signing up in the office on Sundays.

Yoga & Zumba Classes Help Bring Balance to Busy Lives

Our relaxed yoga class has been meeting Mondays in Wheaton Center for the last 3 years.  Our extraordinarily gifted instructor, Julie Schlemmer, teaches a vinyasa (flow) yoga class which focuses on alignment of the body, awareness of the breath and connection to spirit.  Her teaching style incorporates the asanas (poses) with a bit of laughter to lighten things up.  Julie believes that yoga balances us physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

Class meets Monday evening at 6:15 pm.  The cost is $50 per student for 6 weekly sessions or $10/class (all going to pay the instructor).  Participants should wear comfortable clothes.  You may bring a yoga mat.  Julie adjusts the class to all who come, regardless of their prior yoga experience (or lack thereof)!

Zumba is an exhilarating, easy-to-follow Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness party that's moving millions of people towards fitness and health. "Zumba with Nita" meets at 9 am on Saturday mornings in Spahr Center.  The first one-hour class is FREE, and following classes are $4 per class.  Discount passes are available, and no pre-registration is needed.  Men, women and teens will enjoy participating.  For more information, contact instructor Nita by .

"I love Zumba because I do not have to be coordinated; the Instructor provides an atmosphere to just keep moving."

"Zumba is so good because it makes me stay in the moment; I am not thinking of other things, just enjoying the music and the fun I am having while exercising."
