Yoga Classes Bring Balance to Busy Lives

Our relaxed yoga class has been meeting Mondays in Wheaton Center for the last 3 years. Our extraordinarily gifted instructor, Julie Schlemmer, teaches a vinyasa (flow) yoga class which focuses on alignment of the body, awareness of the breath and connection to spirit. Her teaching style incorporates the asanas (poses) with a bit of laughter to lighten things up. Julie believes that yoga balances us physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

The yoga class meets Monday evenings at 6:15 pm. The cost is $50 per student for 6 weekly sessions or $10/class (all going to pay the instructor). Participants should wear comfortable clothes. You may bring a yoga mat. Julie adjusts the class to all who come, regardless of their prior yoga experience (or lack thereof)!

Wednesday Morning Bible Class

Wednesday Morning Bible Class

Join us starting November 9 for

“The Glorious Gospel”

with Pastor Kregg

At the core of our faith in Christ lies an understanding to our human condition and basis for redemption. The gospel of good news is based on the person and the work of Jesus, the Christ who offers us salvation, redemption and eternal hope. It is a message found from cover to cover within Holy scriptures. Our study will begin in Genesis and we will follow the work of God bringing redemption to humanity through to the book of Revelations.

All you need is a bible. The format is conversational and interactive. It is open to everyone.

I hope to see you there!
